Day 1
You can start in Hanga Roa and go to the Ahu Vinapu sector. Here you will find ceremonial centers and see the remains of the Moai and the old sites where the Rapa Nui’s ancestors used to live.
Then, you can go on guided trekking to the Rano Kau volcano and be amazed by the remains of the astonishing and small ceremonial village Orongo.
This small village is known to be an old fortress at the edge of the crater of a volcano where they expected the nesting of the sea bird Manutara. This event marked the beginning of the Tangata Manu competition, where they chose the tribal clan that would be in charge of leading Rapa Nui for a determined period of time.
Day 2
After your first day of adventure, we invite you to discover a different Rapa Nui, one closer to its people and their way of connecting with their environment, smells, tastes, and sounds.
Enjoy this second day calmly, but with adventure and excitement. Rapa Nui also offers a unique and unprecedented patrimony, nature and a culture that is still alive today.
Make the most of the day with a guided trekking or cavalcade tour through the Vai a Mei caves and the famous Ahu Akivi, which will undoubtedly surprise you.
At night, surround yourself with the local cuisine, music, and artistic expressions from Rapa Nui, and why not? Learn to dance Polynesian style!
Day 3
Today is beach day! Rapa Nui is considered one of the most popular destinations in the world for practicing water sports such as surfing, body boarding, snorkeling, Polynesian canoeing, guided sport fishing, among others, but on this day we want to invite you to an experience that, without a doubt, you will remember for a long time. We refer to underwater diving or assisted diving.The sea of Rapa Nui offers this sport at all levels and can be practiced either in the bay of Hanga Roa, on the beautiful beach of Anakena and other suitable locations.Contact a professional local diving center and discover the fascinating underwater world in oceanic waters with excellent visibility, pleasant temperatures and a multicolored variety of endemic marine flora and fauna.
Día 4
Este día puedes iniciarlo de una manera muy especial, coordina con un guía local para ir antes de que salga el sol, a presenciar uno de los amaneceres más bellos del planeta.
Con un escenario de fondo que ningún otro lugar te podrá ofrecer, nos referimos a un contraste entre el océano pacifico, un cielo con hermosas y vívidas tonalidades y una de las plataformas ceremoniales ancestrales más impactantes de la polinesia, sí, el mundialmente conocido Ahu Tongariki, con sus quince Moai erguidos sobre su plataforma de roca volcánica, ¡un verdadero espectáculo!
